Based on the highly acclaimed LCD series, the LCD-GX combines Audeze's patented Fluxor™ magnets and ultra-thin Uniforce™ membranes. This delivers amazing sound quality and immersion. The advanced LCD planar magnetic drivers are at least twice the size of those in other gaming headphones, providing better bass, an excellent soundstage, and outstanding resolution. They are therefore suitable not only for gaming but also for monitoring, mixing, and editing audio. The LCD-GX was designed forserious gamers and is purely analog – no digital processing – just for true purists who want the best possible sound. As an open-back design, the GX has a wider, more accurate soundstage.

Comfort
The LCD-GX is handcrafted in the California Audeze factory and features a magnesium housing, memory foam ear pads, and a suspended headband that reduces weight and increases comfort for marathon gaming sessions.

Performance
A new single-sided Fluxor™ magnetic structure provides high sensitivity and low distortion (100 dB / 1 mW at 1 kHz), allowing the LCD-GX to work with a variety of devices. To get the best output from the headphones, we recommend pairing them with a good amplifier and DAC.

Microphone
The LCD-GX includes a detachable cable with a built-in noise-canceling directional microphone. The thoughtfully designed microphone cable has a mute button and a flexible gooseneck arm that allows for individual positioning to ensure everyone finds the angle that works best for them.

Compatibility
The LCD-GX comes with 2 interchangeable cables – the boom mic cable and a standard LCD series cable (for those who don’t always need the boom mic). The boom mic cable ends with a 1/8-inch TRRS 4-conductor plug for use with virtually all PCs, Macs, mobile phones, etc. We also include a dual 1/8-inch splitter for separate headphone and microphone inputs.
