Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (mySoundbook UG, Heerstr. 71, 14055 Berlin, Germany, info@mysoundbook.eu, Phone: +49 30 845 168 81) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you cancel this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your cancellation notice regarding this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for theoriginal transaction, unless something else has been explicitly agreed upon with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, depending on which is the earlier point in time.
You have to return the goods promptly and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us about the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them that is not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics and functioning.is due to handling them.
