You got the Look! KEF Blade One Meta Limited Edition

KEF Blade One Meta – Sound Sculpture of the Latest Generation

Beginning of 2022 was the perfect time for KEF to lead the iconic high-end speakers KEF Blade and KEF Blade 2 into a new era. With the integration of the groundbreaking Metamaterial Absorption Technology (MAT) another milestone in the development of speaker systems was set. The result: the new models KEF Blade One Meta and KEF Blade Two Meta.

Proven concept meets cutting-edge technology

The new Meta models remain true to the original concept of the Single Apparent Source Technology faithful – an acoustic design that allows sound to radiate from an apparent point source. But technically upgraded: the heart is the current 12th generation of KEF Uni-Q chassis, equipped with the innovative MAT technology that effectively minimizes unwanted resonances.

A design statement with acoustic demands

Nothing has changed about the striking design – and that's a good thing. The KEF Blade One Meta continues to present itself as a visual sculpture with sleek, futuristic lines. The housing looks like it was made from a single piece, without hard edges or disturbing transitions. The organic shape serves not only aesthetics but also sound quality, as standing waves and cabinet resonances are effectively avoided. Despite the elegant look, the housing is solid and strategically damped inside – KEF refers to this as a acoustic inert Construction.

Individual design in elegant colors

When it comes to individuality, KEF leaves no wishes unfulfilled. The Blade One Meta is available in a total of eight stylish variants – a combination of five different cabinet colors and six shades for the Uni-Q chassis. Options include among others:

  • Arctic White/Champagne
  • Piano Black/Copper
  • Charcoal Gray / Red
  • Frosted Blue/Bronze
  • Racing Red/Grey

If you want it even more exclusive, you can customize your speaker individually – with almost unlimited choices from the Pantone or RAL color systems. The only limitation: the Uni-Q chassis are limited to six colors.

Special edition: KEF Blade One Meta Lotus Edition

How luxurious speaker design can be, KEF demonstrates with the strictly limited Blade One Meta Lotus Edition. Created in close cooperation with the British sports car manufacturer Lotus Cars, this edition presents itself in a noble black with striking stripe details – a design inspired by the brand's performance vehicles.

The connection between both brands is evident not only in the design but also in joint automotive projects like the Lotus Emira, Eletra, or the concept car. Lotus Theory 1.

Prices and availability

What the strictly limited KEF Blade One Meta Lotus Edition is supposed to cost is almost secondary – because with only four pairs available worldwide, this exclusive model remains a dream for collectors and enthusiasts. Ownership is a true privilege granted to only a few.
